who is it for

Is this you?

An author working on a book

Your book idea can travel

A concept that can resonate across markets, cultures, and audiences and grow beyond one community.

You're comfortable showing up on camera

Your idea needs a face. We help you find the right words, story arc, and confidence to speak about your book with clarity.

Your book has business potential

An idea that can become more than a book. A show, a platform, a partnership, a movement.

What you build in 4 weeks

From idea to investor-ready

In four weeks, you build everything you need to fundraise your book and attract the right people around it.

Position the Big Idea

Your book needs to be easy to understand, easy to repeat, and easy to believe in.
We help you clarify what your book is really about, who it is for, why it matters now, and why people should care before it launches.

You build
  • A clear book positioning statement
  • Your reader promise
  • The problem your book solves
  • The audience your book is built for
  • The "why now" behind the project
  • The unique angle that makes your book different
Why cohort-based

You are not alone

The sprint is cohort-based. You get structure, perspective, speed, and a first support network.

Accountability

Weekly structure keeps the work moving and the momentum real.

Feedback

Other authors quickly reveal where your pitch breaks before it matters.

Speed

Four focused weeks replace months of confusion and second-guessing.

Connection

Your cohort becomes your first launch network.

A note on AI

AI is the tool, not the author

We show you where AI can save time and where it can quietly weaken your book.

Use it for speed: research, outlines, drafts

Watch for the traps: generic voice kills positioning

Keep the author in control: your story is the advantage

Common questions

Everything you need to know

Questions about the sprint? Here are the ones we hear most.

Four weeks of structured cohort work: weekly live sessions, written frameworks for each deliverable, peer review rounds, and direct feedback from the Mint Mantis and Publishizer teams on your positioning, proposal, and campaign assets. Everything you need to arrive at fundraising-ready.
No. You need a clear, developed book concept — not a finished draft. The sprint is designed for the pre-campaign stage: clarifying your positioning, building your proposal, and proving demand before you write every page.
Live and cohort-based. Weekly group sessions run on a set schedule, with asynchronous work between sessions. Dates are confirmed when a cohort forms. The structure is intentional — accountability and real deadlines are how you actually finish.
Publishizer is the world's leading book crowdfunding platform, connecting authors directly with publishers and readers through pre-order campaigns. This sprint is built specifically around their platform — by the end of Week 4, your campaign is ready to go live on Publishizer.
Cohorts are intentionally small — typically 8 to 12 authors. Small enough for real feedback on your specific book. Large enough to build a genuine first launch network.
You leave with a campaign-ready package: positioning statement, book proposal, campaign page, media kit, outreach sequences, and a 90-day momentum roadmap. The Mint Mantis and Publishizer teams remain available to support your active campaign as it runs.
Full refund if you withdraw before Week 1 begins. No refunds after the program starts — by then you have received the frameworks, session access, and peer feedback that form the core value of the sprint.
You are welcome. Sessions are conducted in English, and the frameworks are designed to translate directly into campaigns in other languages. Several authors in the program are building non-English campaigns — Publishizer operates globally.
